These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Velorno website, including any related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are hosted and supported by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you online.

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from Velorno, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

For returns/refunds, please follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping addresses can differ from our mailing address and are provided during the return authorization process.

1) Eligibility, Access, and Accounts

By using the Services, you confirm that you are:

  • At least the age of majority in your state/province/territory of residence, and
  • Legally able to enter into a binding contract.

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (including shipping and billing details)
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We can suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

2) Products, Product Information, and Availability

We aim to display product information (descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing) as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen/device settings.
  • Product packaging and minor design details may change from time to time.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted (see Section 3).

We reserve the right to discontinue products, change product details, or limit quantities where reasonably necessary (for example, to prevent fraud, comply with law, or address supply constraints).

3) Orders, Order Acceptance, and Cancellations

A) Order acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is not accepted until we confirm it (for example, by sending an order confirmation and/or marking the order as paid/processed in our system).

We may decline, cancel, or limit an order when we reasonably believe it involves:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors (see Section 7)
  • Abusive purchasing patterns (for example, excessive returns or chargeback abuse)
  • Shipping restrictions or legal compliance issues

If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

B) Order cancellations

Because we often begin processing quickly, cancellation is only possible before an order has been fulfilled or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@velorno.com.

If the order has already shipped, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy (if eligible) after delivery.

4) Prices, Taxes, Promotions, and Billing

A) Pricing

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout in the currency displayed at checkout. The final amount you pay is the amount shown at checkout, including any taxes and shipping charges that apply to your order.

B) Taxes, shipping, customs, and import fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country. These charges are typically collected by the carrier or local authorities and are not controlled by Velorno.

C) Promotions and discounts

Promotions (discount codes, sales, and limited-time offers) may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the promotion. Promotions:

  • May not apply to all products
  • May expire at a stated time/date
  • Cannot be applied retroactively unless we explicitly agree in writing

D) Billing accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.

5) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines, rates, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy.

A) Delivery estimates (not guarantees)

Any delivery dates or transit times shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak-season volume, etc.).

B) Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, we will contact you about reshipping options (additional shipping charges may apply).

C) Risk of loss

To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package to the shipping address provided at checkout (as confirmed by carrier tracking).

D) Lost, stolen, or missing packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact us at support@velorno.com as soon as possible so we can provide guidance (for example, checking with neighbors, building management, or the carrier). Outcomes depend on carrier investigation results and the circumstances of delivery.

6) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy (including eligibility rules, timeframes, fees, and instructions).

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy regarding returns/refunds, the Return & Refund Policy controls.

7) Errors, Inaccuracies, and Site Updates

Occasionally, the Services may contain errors (for example, a typo in price, description, availability, shipping charge, or promotion details).

If a product’s correct information differs materially from what is displayed, we may:

  • Correct the information, and/or
  • Cancel the order and issue a refund (if payment was captured)

We may update the Services at any time, including to improve functionality, correct content, or comply with legal requirements.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, designs, and layout—is owned by Velorno or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.

9) Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or services “as is” and “as available.” We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk, and may be subject to additional third-party terms.

10) Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party sites. If you visit third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

11) Shopify Platform Relationship

Velorno is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Purchases made through our store are made directly with Velorno, not Shopify. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Velorno.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

13) Feedback, Reviews, and User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Velorno a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that Feedback for business purposes (for example, to improve or promote the Services), unless prohibited by law.

You agree that your Feedback:

  • Is truthful to the best of your knowledge
  • Does not violate the rights of others (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
  • Does not contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious content

We may remove Feedback that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

14) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

  • For unlawful purposes or to violate any laws/regulations
  • To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • To upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • To interfere with the security or operation of the Services
  • To scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services using automated means (except where permitted by law and by our robots.txt and technical controls)

We may restrict access, block requests, or suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe:

  • You violated these Terms
  • Your activity creates risk for other customers, Velorno, or the platform (including fraud risk)

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies we may have under law.

16) Disclaimer of Warranties (To the Extent Permitted by Law)

The Services and all products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17) Limitation of Liability (To the Extent Permitted by Law)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velorno and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velorno and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

19) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

20) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

21) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
