Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works when you place an order with Velorno (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1) Shipping Destination (United States Only)

We currently ship only within the United States (USA).

We do not ship internationally at this time.

2) Shipping Cost

Free Shipping (USA): We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders

There are no shipping fees added at checkout for standard shipping.

3) Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using one of the following carriers (depending on destination, package size, and service availability):

  • DHL
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is made by Velorno.

4) Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Processing time is the time it takes us to:

  • Verify your order details,
  • Prepare and pack your items, and
  • Hand your package to the carrier.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

5) Shipping / Transit Time (Delivery Time)

Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak-season volume.

7) Total Estimated Delivery Time

For most U.S. orders, the total estimated time is:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
    plus
  • Transit: 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri)

Estimated total: 6–9 business days (Mon–Fri) from the time you place your order (not including weekends/holidays).

8) Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking details (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

9) Address Accuracy (Important)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Velorno is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can:

  • Reship the order to a corrected address (shipping remains free; however, if the carrier charges a return or re-delivery fee, we may need to pass that fee through), or
  • Process a return/refund according to our Return & Refund Policy, if eligible.

10) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors/building management or your local mailroom.
  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number (DHL/FedEx may provide delivery details).

Then email us at support@velorno.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help you open a carrier investigation where appropriate.

Note: Carrier investigations and outcomes vary by situation. We will support you through the process, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

11) Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to valid U.S. addresses. We may not be able to ship to certain restricted addresses (for example, some PO Boxes or certain remote locations) depending on carrier limitations. If a carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you.
