2) Currency
All charges are processed in the currency shown at checkout. The final total (including any applicable taxes) is displayed before you complete your purchase.
3) When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order (or when the payment is authorized and captured through Shopify’s checkout).
If we are unable to process or verify your payment, your order may be delayed or canceled.
4) Taxes

5) Payment Security
Checkout is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and our payment providers. Velorno does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our website. Payment handling and security measures are provided by Shopify and its payment processing partners.
Please do not email payment card details to us.
6) Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments (Chargebacks)
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed through your bank/card issuer:
- We may pause processing or shipment until the issue is resolved.
- If the order has already shipped, we may provide supporting documentation to the payment provider as part of the dispute process.
