How It Started

Elena's journey into skincare began unexpectedly. In her early twenties, she struggled with persistent breakouts and sensitivity that left her feeling frustrated and self-conscious. After trying dozens of products that either didn't work or made things worse, she realized something important: the beauty industry was filled with noise, but not enough clarity.

"I was overwhelmed by conflicting advice, complicated routines, and products that promised everything but delivered little," Elena says. "I wanted to cut through the confusion and find what actually worked—not just for me, but for real people with real skin concerns."

That curiosity led her to study esthetics, work directly with clients, and eventually collaborate with formulators and brands to understand what separates effective skincare from empty promises.
